The Law Clinic Rostock (LCR) is a student association that offers legal advice. We are dedicated to helping refugees and others who have legal, administrative or organisational issues due to their residence status. In addition, we help all people in labour and tenancy law matters as far as we can.
We advise exclusively on asylum and residence law, as well as labour and tenancy law on the basis of Section 6 (2) RDG.
Come to the Newcomer Café at Budapester Straße 16 on Mondays and Fridays between 3 and 5 pm with your request. And without an appointment!
Regular counselling sessions take place by appointment with our counsellors. This is possible in person, but also via Zoom. Send us an email with your request.
Unfortunately, we have to reject short-term and criminal cases across the board. Due to the high volume of enquiries, we are currently unable to respond to all enquiries. We ask for your understanding.
The „Law Clinic Rostock“ (LCR) is a student legal advice centre. Our aim is to help in the complex area of migration and residence law as an
interface to the authorities in asylum law, administrative and organisational matters. We also offer advice on tenancy law and
labour law.
We are looking for reinforcements so that we can continue to offer legal advice or even expand our services. Do you have the time and desire to volunteer? Would you like to do something good alongside your studies? Do you even speak a foreign language?
Then you’ve come to the right place! Get in touch with us and we will be happy to invite you to one of our organisational meetings. We look forward to all energetic helpers!
